HOUSTON, August 23, 2007 - Sharon Teusink, manager of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors' Champions has earned the Certified Residential Manager (CRM) designation from the Prudential Real Estate Management Institute. To obtain the CRM advanced designation, Teusink completed three management courses designed to increase per person productivity, increase sales staff and enhance effective leadership.

Teusink has managed the Prudential Gary Greene Champions office since 1988, and under her leadership, the office has been the company's top-producing office for the past six years.

She was named Realtor of the Year by the Houston Association of Realtors in 1998; and in 1997, she received the Yellow Rose of Texas Award from then-governor George W. Bush. Teusink also holds the Certified Residential Brokers designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors and currently serves on the board of the Houston Association of Realtors.
