Eiland said that the dot-mobi technology does not allow pop-ups, increasing the efficiency of using a handheld devise in the home-shopping process. The display, proportioned to the size of a mobile screen, makes viewing and searching a faster and better experience than Web sites designed for a PC.

"Blackberries, Treos and the like have become the tech tool of choice for people on-the-go, and we felt making our Web site more mobile-friendly would give home buyers and sellers a better home finding experience," said Eiland.

PruGG.mobi is especially convenient for home shopping while driving in an area of interest. If the home is in the Houston MLS, all the home shopper has to do is simply type in the address and press "go." The property appears on the screen, and the viewer can get all the property details, view more photos, and call for a showing.

The PruGG.mobi link on www.GaryGreene.com features a video of how the technology is used.
