Marilyn Eiland and Mark Woodroof, partners with Prudential Gary Greene Realtors, made the presentation to Bermudez at the company's awards ceremonies March 9, 2007 at the Marriott Westchase in Houston.

Bermudez has written 31 transactions and taken 11 listings since receiving his license in March 2006.
