Prudential Real Estate Honors The Alinda Martin Team
HOUSTON, April 9, 2007 - The Alinda Martin Team, working from the Friendswood office of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors, has heaped up an armful of awards for scoring another triumphant year. The successful team as been awarded the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Chairman's Circle Diamond Award; the Top Producing Team for Prudential in Units, Listings, and Sales; and the PREA 100 Award.
This is the seventh consecutive Chairman's Circle Award for the Alinda Martin Team and ranks them in the top one percent of sales professionals and teams in the Prudential Real Estate network. The PREA 100 Award ranks them in the top 100 of sales professionals and teams in the network. Marilyn Eiland and Mark Woodroof, partners with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, presented The Chairman's Circle and the Top Producing Team Awards on March 9, 2007 during the company ceremonies at the Marriott Westchase, Houston. The PREA 100 Award and additional recognition of the Chairman's Circle Diamond Award was presented to the team at the 2007 sales convention in San Diego, California on March 20.
Since joining the Friendswood Office of Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors 16 years ago, Martin has assembled a team that has one of the top records of accomplishment in the area. The Houston Business Journal has recognized The Alinda Martin Team on their list of "Top 25 Residential Real Estate Teams” seven years in a row.
