HOUSTON, February 28, 2007 - A crowd of 95 sales professionals from The Bay Area office of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors gathered recently at the Bay Oaks Country Club for their Annual Kickoff Breakfast, where they celebrated another successful year.

"We look forward to this event every year," said Priscilla Thorp, manager. "It gives us a chance to reward the agents for a productive year and to talk about our goals going forward."

Awarded for their outstanding accomplishments were Candia Lundry, Terry Stone and Melinda Kokkinis.

Candia Lundry received awards for "Greatest Improvement in Number of Listings Taken in 2006" and "Greatest Improvement in Units Closed in 2006."

Terry Stone received the award for "Greatest Improvement in Production Volume in 2006," and Melinda Kokkinis took home the "Rookie of the Year" award for the Bay Area office.

Marilyn Eiland and Mark Woodroof, partners with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, were on hand to congratulate the successful group on another record-breaking year and to report on a favorable forecast for 2007.

Thorp said that she is proud of everyone in her office. "We have continued to grow in both production and the number of agents for 16 straight years. Each year is better than the last."

The event sponsor was Johnson Development Corp., developer of the 870-acre master-planned community, Tuscan Lakes. Prudential Gary Greene's Bay Area office is the exclusive representative of the custom builders in the Siena Tuscan Lakes section of the development.
