HOUSTON, March 15, 2007 - Power3 Medical Products, Inc. (OTCBB: PWRM), a leading proteomics company specializing in the development and commercialization of early detection diagnostic tests for neurodegenerative disease and breast cancer, said today that it has hired Noble International Investment Services and its Noble Financial Group of Boca Raton, Florida, for financial advisory and investment banking services.

Steven B. Rash, chairman and CEO of Power3, said Noble (www.NobleResearch.com) will immediately begin evaluating the company’s intellectual property to establish valuation parameters, and also evaluate strategic alternatives essential to the overall execution of Power3’s business plan.

Noble, he said, will assist Power3 management in preparing a memorandum describing the company’s business, and recommend materials and strategies it believes are required for marketing purposes. Mr. Rash said Noble will be responsible for exploring various strategic alternatives for Power3, and for providing consulting and investment banking services as it identifies and seeks out possible merger and acquisition opportunities, strategic alliances and partnerships. Noble will also evaluate existing and potential strategic partners as to their ability to commercialize the company’s technology.
