VENTURE CAPITAL GROUP, ZIKYN, INC., ANNOUNCES FIRST INVESTMENT
HOUSTON, TX – March 2, 2008 - Zikyn, Inc. today announced an investment in Houston-based House of Talent Group, LLC, (H.O.T.) a full-service company providing virtual staff across a broad range of administrative, marketing, financial, and computing tasks and projects for executives and companies. The concept enables small businesses to include a group of experienced professionals on their team immediately. H.O.T. enables large corporations to extend their current staff for a project without compromising expertise.
The House of Talent Group was formed to assist high-tech startups and emerging growth companies as well as established service firms and corporations interested in recession-proofing their businesses. H.O.T. delivers the service promised in their slogan: “We’ve got your back office.”

H.O.T. officially launches its concept at a private reception on Thursday, March 6, 2008, at the Omni Hotel, West Houston. As H.O.T. launches to prospective clients, it is also launching to prospective talent: employees and independent contractors. Penel says she has been in many conversations with spouses over the past few years that are willing to follow their husband/wife as they are transferred globally for their professions, but frustrated that they must sacrifice their own careers or family to do so. H.O.T. is looking for those men and women who want to work and stay plugged in to their professions, while still being able to support their family structure and maintain a balance between the two. Penel hears a common sentiment from those spouses who find a job they love in their new city of residence, then have to leave it in a couple of years or less to continue supporting their spouse’s career.
