As H.O.T. launches to prospective clients, it is also launching to prospective talent:  employees and independent contractors.  Penel says she has been in many conversations with spouses over the past few years that are willing to follow their husband/wife as they are transferred globally for their professions, but frustrated that they must sacrifice their own careers or family to do so.  H.O.T. is looking for those men and women who want to work and stay plugged in to their professions, while still being able to support their family structure and maintain a balance between the two.  Penel hears a common sentiment from those spouses who find a job they love in their new city of residence, then have to leave it in a couple of years or less to continue supporting their spouse’s career.  With H.O.T., they can maintain their position because the company is based on virtual interaction with the client.
