Health Tip: New Exercise Guidelines for Adults

As an insurance executive one of my biggest goals is to keep people healthy. That's great for the client, my companies, and for the economy in general. With that, I'm continuously looking for quality information that you can use in order to stay healthy.
With the release of the 2007 exercise guidelines issued jointly by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Heart Association (AHA), it's interesting to look at the new recommendations as well as those that have remained unchanged from the 1995 version. The new recommendations from ACSM and AHA state that "average healthy adults"
should:
"Do moderately intense cardio 30 minutes a day, five days a week
