New name for UBuildit Radio Show

The "UBuildIt New Home Show" is changing its name to reflect more accurately its purpose. Effective next Friday it will become "The Houston Home Show" brought to you by UBuildIt (Fridays at 1 PM on CNN 650). The shows hosts, Mark Jeffrey of UBuildIt and Kevin Price of Houston Business Show indicated that the show's name is merely catching up with its message.
Mark Jeffrey stated that, "the show's name is changing to reflect the three objectives of the program." Those are:
* To discuss the most affordable ways for individuals to build their dream home. "Most people can move into their new home with a couple of years of equity, the UBuildIt way," said Price. Leaders in helping individuals truly do it themselves, will be frequent guests.
* To discuss the growing interest in investment homes in the Houston area. The show will discuss excellent ways for investors to build a property to sell or rent and in ways that are often safer than "flipping" a house and usually with better returns. They will also disucss the most interesting neighborhoods for such investments.
* To examine the best ways for people to remodel a home, maintain high quality, and to maximize savings. With the changes in the Real Estate industry, people are more interested now than ever in saving on their remodeling. We will discuss the best approaches to this as well.
The UBuildIt concept has been featured on ABC 13 News and has enjoyed guests from Trading Spaces and from the TLC channel. It is the leader in home radio shows.
