New Houston Business Advisor, Biography of Bill Pellerin
Bill Pellerin is President and Owner of Texas Investigative Network, Inc., with corporate offices in Houston, Texas. The company, founded in 1994 specializes in obtaining private and publicly held information and evidence in order to assist clients in making sound business decisions. Many of the clients in which Texas Investigative Network handles assignments for are major litigation firms throughout the United States.
Bill and his staff have access to and utilize many of the computer information databases which maintain records on individuals and businesses in the United States. Having been employed for nineteen (19) years in the investigations industry, Bill has also developed a network of trusted, confidential sources which have become critical in identifying new leads in certain civil and criminal matters.
Texas Investigative Network, Inc. is frequently called upon to perform stationary and mobile surveillance for liability, workers compensation, employee activity, pre-marital, divorce and child custody matters. These types of assignments frequently produce results which confirm clients’ suspicions and are handled in a discreet, professional manner.
Bill is licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Board, is a member of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators, the National Council of Investigative & Security Services, the Secure Houston Network and TEC 1039 CEO Associate Roundtable.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston in Criminal Justice (1990) and a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Houston (1988). Bill also attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets (1981 - 1985) and a member of the Varsity Football Team (1982 - 1984).
Bill and his wife, Isela Pellerin, live in northwest Houston with their four children, Blake, Leslie, Ian and Angelica. The Pellerin’s are parishioners at Annunciation Catholic Church located in downtown Houston
